Rihaku Junmai Daiginjo is made from the king of sake rice Yamadinishki polished up to 45% fermented in a low temperature for junmai daiginjo but it has clean, soft & rich flavoured that goes very well with a variety of dishes. ABV 15.5%. Brewed in Shimoni, Japan Served cold. 300ml
