Shujinko means ‘hero’ in Japanese — and that’s what you are the moment you sit down. We opened on Russell Street with one rule: make ramen the way Tokyo does it. Over 12 hours of slow-cooked pork bone broth, fresh noodles made daily, and zero shortcuts. That was day one. Six locations later, nothing’s changed.

Shujinko Tonkotsu Ramen
Our signature ramen. 12-hour pork bone broth, aburi pork belly, marinated egg, bean shoots, scallion, black fungus, and seaweed.
Kara-Kuchi Ramen
Tonkotsu ramen with our karakuchi spice blend. A slow-building heat that warms without overpowering the broth.
Shujinko Black Ramen
A smoky, seafood-forward ramen. Bonito and tonkotsu blend with a deep, layered umami.
Pork Miso Ramen
Miso-based ramen with spiced pork and marinated egg. Hearty and warming.
Volcano Ramen
Our spiciest ramen. Fiery pork broth, spiced pork, fresh vegetables. It earns its name.
Tsukemen
Japanese dipping noodles. Thick noodles served with a concentrated pork and seafood dipping broth.
